- DESCHAMPS NINGBO's parent company has been manufacturing flagpoles in France for more than 50 years, starting in 1956 with Pierre Deschamps, its founder. DESCHAMPS is therefore the oldest fiberglass flagpole manufacturer in the world. DESCHAMPS produces flagpoles of the highest quality thanks to constant efforts and research to improve and refine its technological know-how.
